Job Description:

• Inside Sales with targeted revenues, cold calling customers, Cross-selling, Up Selling,
• Run campaigns using email or digital marketing and generate leads & validate them
• Closely liaising with operations, support services, digital marketing team and prepare EDM’s, GTM’s, etc
• Provide end-to-end support in preparing internal organizational decks (as per need basis), design templates for SoW’ s & Proposals, proofreading and coordinate the delivery process.
• Prepare and maintain internal reports & documentation to meet client objectives, while increasing customer engagement and company’s brand awareness
• Strong account management, partner engagement and relationship building skills
• Ensure that knowledge management artefacts are created and are current
• Keep a track of Cloud Services/Solution (O365, Azure, Dynamics, SharePoint; AWS; Google) trends in the market and keep abreast of best practices

Must:

• Prior experience in Inside sales, Business Development, Marketing – manage sales campaign, generating leads and qualify/validate them
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
o (Familiarity with any automation tools (CRM/ERP) an added advantage)
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
